: The apartment was basic, nice .
: Yet what I really disliked was the entrance after a long travel. Apparently we didn't leave the right details ( while booking.com should have taken those) and we couldn't get into the apartment. Help on app was not great and frustrating after 17hrs travel.

: check in was a nightmare- instructions regarding key location was ambiguous and there is no property staff on site. an hour long phone call to Sonder HQ was required to reach an owner who could describe how to find the key

: Our first night wasn’t so great, it was freezing cold inside our place, and no one came to fix the heat until the next day afternoon. They accommodated us for our first day. And the TV set up is horrible, the chrometv is a complete failure, especially for older people. They need to upgrade to smart TVs that would be better. And the pull out bed was broken,
: The chrometv, and there’s no maintenance on site, takes a while for the people to come out to fix anything. The pull out bed was broken and they couldn’t replace it.

: Location was ok, the facilities were nice.
: It was very difficult to FIND & OPEN the lock box. More work is needed on exactly where to find these boxes, and maybe make it easier to open, maybe with just the code-the box was at the bottom of the gate and the same color, very, very difficult...
