  : The elevator hallways and garage door way entries are disgusting.. I get people live there but outside doesn't do inside justice

  : Location was good, I usually stay in hotels close to this location. Having more room than a standard hotel room was nice.
  : Key collection process from a lock box attached to the security bars of the Garage entrance. Not easy when you arrive at the front of the building with lots of bags. If this was late at night this would be a problem for a lone traveller. Downtown Houston has a lot of people sleeping in dorways!! Also too many contradictory e mails welcoming one to the property and stating your reservation is not confirmed until you receive another e mail (which never came). Local phone number, no answer. On leaving, bags must be left in lobby whilst you trudge around to the garage to return keys to lockbox. Elevators in Rice are slow and only one looked to be in operation.

  : The location of the apartment was perfect. I enjoyed that the room looked just like the picture I saw while booking. Overall, it was okay.
  : The communication of their management team was very poor. I was told check-in would be at 3:00, then it was pushed back to 3:30. Once 3:30 came, our room was not ready and I had a few issues reaching management staff. It was not until 4:33 that I received a text that our room was ready. Once I was able to talk it out with management, they compensated us accordingly. The communication for the rest of the trip was okay.

  : The location was amazing and it was a cute apartment. The beds were comfortable.
  : We were told the previous occupants had thrown a party so we were unable to check in until nearly 6pm. The lockbox which held the key had also been broken so we needed to wait outside while the room was being cleaned and until the key could be made available. The host was very kind and apologetic.

  : Walking distance to the theaters nearby.
  : It wasn’t super clean. There were hairs in the bathroom and what looked like plaster dust on the floor. The process to get the keys and get into the building is quite lengthy. They tell you to park on the street so you can go into the garage to find a lock box to retrieve the key. However, there is really nowhere nearby to park on the street.
