  : We made our own breakfast. The unit has a kitchen equipped with kitchen wares needed. Went to Costco and got groceries. The kitchen has a big refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, hot water pot. The bathroom was spacious. I like the hardwood floor and tile in the kitchen. I like the balcony it allows lots of light to the unit.
  : The floors were not clean. I walked barefoot in the room and noticed the sole of my feet were dark from dirt that is sticky on the floor. I found a mop in the closet by the front door, mopped the floor 4 times to achieve a non sticky floor. I also found one good size dead cockroach behind the toilet on the floor. The towels and the closet smelled musty but the closet smell got better when we left the closet doors open.

  : Price and location.
  : The facility is nice but should be considered for some much needed updating in the near future. The studio was comfortable except it needed an airing out and the kitchen could use a good going through of pots, dishes and utensils, oh food storage containers. The closets were very stale smelling and the extra linens had that same smell. We enjoyed our stay very much but would probably not stay in the same unit again #1123. Just a note, the valet parking is an amazing feature of this facility. Not expensive and extremely convenient. The employees are friendly and eager to please!.
