  : Free parking was a bonus and the location was great. Pink trolley stop was close by and it's only a short stroll to the beach.
  : Having stayed at the Waikiki Banyan previously, we missed the little extras such as body boards, snorkelling gear, beach umbrella etc that were great last time.

  : The location of the complex is fantastic. Very close to the beach, zoo, restaurants and amenities. Parking was easy and its a simple drive out of the complex to get onto the Main Street out of Waikiki.
  : The condo itself wasnt very clean, or in good condition. The kitchen was barely passable and had a broken kettle and broken vegetable drawer in the fridge. Surfaces werent clean when we arrived and they didnt really provide adequate cleaning products. We were allocated a room on level 7 that looked directly out at the pool. It felt very open and public, we had to keep our blinds closed after dark otherwise anyone in the rec area could see straight into our condo. I contacted the staff about these issues and did not receive a response back after being there for a whole week. Friends staying in the same tower through a different rental company had a much nicer and better equipped condo for a similar price.

  : Location was great, easy to walk to beach and restaurants. The room was basic but comfortable. Easy to park in the garage with ample parking places

  : The room was outdated. The grout was so dirty it was black. It just made the entire condo feel gross. The air conditioner didnt cool very well.

  : Location. Pool.
  : Very small bathroom. No dishwasher. Had to clean dishes by hand. Towels were changed just in Wednesday. Apartment was not vacuumed or cleaned. Even bathroom supplies were not refilled. Bottom of the span came off. Main TV was small 32 inches. Couldn't find a HDMI input to connect my Fire stick. Receiver in bed room didn't have power. Didn't get replacement. Office closes at 3 PM, remains closed two days in a week. They don't take calls after 3 PM. Visitors should keep this in mind. Had to throw the trash. Stand fan was broken. False emergency alarm of the building went off and guests were evacuated using staircase. There are 37 floors. Parking entrance is from perpendicular road. Unloading from parking garage was difficult.
