  : Fantastic location, lovely decor, everything we needed, great communication before we arrived.
  : We had checked before arriving that we could leave our cases there for a few hours after checking out, but there was nobody about. We called & were told someone would be there in under 10 minutes but we hung around for over half an hour. We left our cases in the room as there was nobody to give the keys to anyway. When we got back, someone was cleaning our room & we said we were just going to grab our cases & were ignored pretty much. That part let down the stay.
