: Everything was not in a working condition. Maintanence was terrible. Elevator was not in operation, room door was not working, couldnt turn off the heater, water pressure was so low, toilet water didnt flush, some of the lights were dead.

: Location. Room was large and even though there were stains, it was clean. Old hotel. The night manager worked very hard and was very kind and polite to everyone.
: Elevator was closed thw whole stay as was the indoor pool and hot tub. Neither will be ready anytime soon. The breakfast was empty @8am and most appliances were broken. The toilet didn't work.

: Service was terrible. Got my room cleaned once over the course of a week. Had to go getbmy own towels everyday. Originally booked it because of the pool and hot tub. Both were closed.

: The fact that it was undern remodel. Room smelled like sewage BUilding smelled like paint The restroom had mold all over the shower The toilet set was loose The shower would not drain Workers were working at 9pm blasting music and hammers and drills

: The hotel is under renovation. Renovation supplies are all over the hotel, in the lobby, and elsewhere. The completed rooms are pretty nice. The renovation crews vehicles take up most of the parking. Night staff was really great. day staff maybe
