  : The cottages are in a quiet part of the Shipyard neighborhood which is very nice. They are just basic 2-3 star hotel accommodations.
  : The personnel at this location are not excellent in their duties. Multiple times I have been overcharged while staying in a Spinnaker Resort property. on this past occasion, the guest attendant at check in had no idea how to check in someone. She had to call for help. it took over 25 minutes & I was the only guest there. I had booked & paid on booking.com in an effort not to have to deal with Spinnaker, but I still woke up to a phone call early the next morning from Spinnaker asking me if I wanted to add another night which , of course, I did not. That took another 15-20 minutes over the phone to clear up & here I am today, yet again trying to clear up for over an hour, the overcharging. I consider it theft of my money, and most likely elderly and busy, working guests forget to check their statements for theft & fraud. Of course, there are those who do check, but dont have enough time to dedicate to retrieving their funds. It should probably be reported to the BBB, removed from all other booking sites & audited for fraud.
