  : Very close to the beach and tennis courts. Kitchen was fully equipt. Parking was convenient.
  : Everything was too our liking. Not too much to complain about.

  : The property was nice, you could tell it was a safe area.
  : I did not like the parking situation. We have two little ones with us & you could tell the single parking spot in front of our door was for this complex and my kids had to keep getting out at the end and carrying their things pretty far & make sure they didn’t hit somebody’s car.

  : The home is in complex that is very peaceful and quiet with bicycle/walking paths abundant with shade trees and natural areas.
  : There were no maps or info at the condo giving us information regarding how to get to the pool, beach, etc. When we arrived in the afternoon, the condo was a bit warm, 77 degrees, though the thermostat was set on 69. After calling the management company, a maintenance person was sent out that told me that was the best the unit could do in the South Carolina heat. Well, I'm from live in SC, so I knew that was just an excuse. Finally, after the sun went down, the condo became cooler.The sofa bed sleeps like a medieval torture device. So, if the owner's wish to continue advertising that the unit sleeps 4, they definitely need to buy a nicer sleeper sofa.
