  : The property is located close to the beach access and the pool is right outside the patio. Our kids absolutely loved it! The beds were very comfortable and Palmetto Dunes resort had great facilities.
  : We got off to a rocky start with the host as the keys were not in the package when we arrived and we were not able to reach the host despite multiple calls. The grill had not been serviced and we were not able to use it on the first night. The host did correct these things within 24 hrs but it detracted from the initial experience. Regardless, it was still a great vacation.

  : Poor lighting. The light switches did not work. It was not clean and had a musty smell. Place has potential but is in bad need of updates, central lighting and keyless entry. We did not like keeping track of keys all week.
