  : We love the grounds, the woods, the stream and solitude. The tree frogs at night, the cicadas during the day are sweet and relaxing summer sounds. Our second floor room was spacious esepcially the bathroom. We enjoyed our breakfast on the private balcony and caught sights of a hummmingbird which was pretty magical. The host (Craig) was friendly and welcoming. We have been here before and will definitely return.

  : The location and set up was cute.
  : The property was rundown dirty and the room was small. There were no curtains, so that made us uncomfortable. During the day the air conditioner couldn't keep up with the heat. The room should have its own fridge too. I expected it to be much nicer for the price. I have rented several homes for the same price and they were nicer and there was room for our family of 7.

  : The setting is just gorgeous. You are right on a stream with a pretty waterfall. It was very cozy.
  : The rooms are a bit small so probably wouldn't be great for a long stay. It would be helpful to have a sign to show where you should check in.

  : -convenient, yet bucolic setting -very clean with all you could need
  : -the door to the waterfall room doesnt stay closed without locking it, which wouldnt have been a huge issue except the bathroom is outside the room, so going in and out to shower, etc, often meant locking the door and taking the key

  : Clean and cozy. Hosts were charming and gave good suggestions for breakfast. View of the waterfall and stream from the deck was beautiful. Great location, would stay again.
  : Couldve used a broom for the deck. Tree outside was shedding.

  : Ok, Ive stayed in over 50 different bnbs. Accommodations & atmosphere inside/ and outside+++ for here. Bedding; My 2nd set of pillows smelled fouled . Wet dried towel smell. (1st of pillows not fluffy enough so took Second set of the std pillows with the decorative covers as our head pillows. Not clean. Robe on door when used, same m-eh smell. Not good. Walks are super thin in CS House. I heard a kid cough like in my room, and giggle, the floor creaking from the couple upstairs; having a good time. I mean the review from my heart. Great place..
  : Nothing really to complain about - not my style.
