  : There is mold all over the bathroom roaches all in the room trash every where outside of hotel because of the nasty guest they have there and it sits there until the poor maintenance staff has to pick it up this place is disgusting dont let these other reviews fool you

  : I didnt have breakfast because the place was not too clean. The only thing I did like was the location because it was 8 minutes from my event.
  : The customer service was not good. When I booked I asked for a downstairs room because I had a heart attack a few years ago, the receptionist says to me the downstairs rooms are for the workers but another guess came in that was not a worker but got a downstairs room. So the receptionist is a liar. Then she asked me Do you want the room or not? With attitude. Of course I took it where else would I stay I drove from Virginia. The room was nasty. Smelled like bleach to make you think the room was clean but it was disgusting. The bathroom had dead bugs in it. The corners was nasty. The tub was a nasty mess. The bed was hard as hell. Just an uncomfortable nasty motel. People up all night playing music & drinking. My key wouldnt work I had to keep going downstairs. TV had a big black spot in the picture.Just the worst stay Ever!!

  : I never made it to Quality Inn because when I book the trip to stay there I received a email saying it was rejected. But they still charge my credit card and I'm getting that investigated because when it said I was rejected no money should have been taken out of my account.
