  : The house was large and accommodated our party of 11 well enough. The location/neighborhood were very close to downtown Helen and surrounded by beautiful scenery.
  : Upon arrival, there were small roaches and piles of dust/trash that had been left. One of the deciding factors in our family staying at this location was the pool. It was not disclosed that there was not access to a pool for our dates. We would have chosen another home. Up until the day before we left we had no instructions on what to do with our trash.

  : Roach infested, microwave didnt warm food, cable not working!!

  : I liked where the home is located. I like that the home was located in a gated community.
  : the home was not very clean. We saw lots of roaches. One bed in the basement was broken. One of the other bedrooms in the basement had a foul smell. the master bedroom bath faucets were broken. the overall smell in the house was musty.
