  : The house is beautiful, open and airy. It has been completely remodeled and feels like a modern home.
  : The home is literally next to a gravel parking lot that has 24/hr per day access. As a result, there is never a time except late at night when there isn't vehicle traffic and noise. There is apparently a "local hangout" spot right outside the fence leading to the beach which means you'll often hear loud talking/arguments and music 15 feet from the porch. It is common to walk out the gate and be met with groups of people. Kids should be accompanied to the beach. Note that it is also not equipped with a microwave.

  : Loved how clean and efficient the house was. It had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The location is amazing with the beach literally out the back door.
  : It would have been nice to know what kind of coffee maker (it's a french press and had to open every drawer to find) and the hedge could be trimmed a foot or so, so you could see the ocean while seated on the back veranda.
