  : Close to Hampton beach The old salt restaurant was across the street all the hotels are expensive in the area this place was nicely priced especially for a Saturday night

  : It was convenient to the restaurants and a major highway. The bathroom was very small and old fashioned. The price was ok. No amenities at all. Just a basic room.
  : The air conditioner was was old and got shut off when the room was cleaned.It was above 85 degrees.Nothing offered for a continental breakfast.It was so tiny in the bathroom and the only place to put your things was on the closed toilet.No fan in the bath

  : I liked the location of Royale Coach Motor Lodge to the Hampton Beach area. It was an easy ride to the beach and all the wonderful restaurants that I wanted to visit. I thought that the grounds were kept up nicely.
  : The Royale Coach Motor Lodge is badly in need of some deep cleaning. Or a complete renovation. The furniture was old and cracked. The bathroom tile was also cracked and broken. The wi-fi is too far from the rooms that it barely works. The TV's are ancient and don't even have HD channels. The place is good for a cheap bed and that's it.

  : Very cold air conditioning (which is usually great in the summer but after a rainy wet day it was actually too cold ), there was no control of the temperature in each room.
