  : Location was excellent. Central on the boardwalk. Beautiful view of the beach and the ocean.
  : Accommodations were quaint and comfortable but bathroom especially needs some updating. Would also be nice to have a coffee pot in the room. Also some plastic cups in the room would be nice.

  : The location and size of the place we're the only good thing here
  : They advertise a private balcony. This is not the case. It's on a separate floor then the suite where staff comes and goes as they please thru the area. The last 2 days we had no hot water. When I went to the office about it 1st day the lady 1st said try a cold shower she did and it wasn't bad. After getting upset about that recommendation and leaving. She called me back into the office and sent me to a separate building to shower that also had no hot water. Upon going back to the office I was told she would call me when a shower could be made available. Finally we gave up around noon my family was on the last day of vacation and didn't wanna sit around anymore.Tried calling all week to see if they'd do anything to make right about it to be met with nothing but attitude from their staff. The free wifi they advertise didn't work the entire stay either. They'll tell you to try the numerous lines they have but none work. Paid almost $500 a night to stay here and my kids couldn't enjoy the beach our last day as none of us wanted to go to another building to shower. The cleanliness of the room was bad as well. Old makeup in the master suite just laying there. The large double bedroom had wads of toilet paper wadded up and throw next to not even in the can. The room was clearly not cleaned very well. Not to mention there is several building code violations I noticed upon our stay pertaining to our room that I am not going to disclose here as I am in the process of making reports on them.

  : Absolutely breathtaking! Comfy and cozy. Loved our stay.

  : The hotel beds were very comfortable and the room was good sized.
  : There was a band that played VERY loud music directly across from our room. Had to take medicine just to fall asleep. My grandchildren luckily were exhausted enough to sleep through the noise.

  : Breakfast was not served. If it was I was not advised.
  : Help with luggage. The front desk seems to gohome early and come back late church on Sat Eve the door was already locked. (6PM) Unfamilliar with entry procedure, I was able to catch the person going off duty in time foor him to open the door. Leaving at 9AM there was no one on duty. I am a 81 year old widow. I can do a lot for myself, however, with no elevator it was difficult to handle the luggage. The stairs were OK and I didn't mind them. The stairs to oopenthe door may have been a problem I dont know because I did ot try them.
