  : Excellent communication from initial booking right through check-in. The facility was quiet, clean, and peaceful. Staff was outstanding -- friendly and helpful. Breakfast quality (flavor, etc.) was very good, and quality of the breakfast service was excellent -- the servers were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast serving style (serving line; one-time through; very small plates; difficult to even communicate with the servers due to safety glass between us) wasn't ideal, but we "get it" in that it's efficient and cost-saving. Overall, a very nice facility and a really good experience.
  : For the overall quality of the facility (which we believed to be very good), we just have to say that the quality of the coffee (in the room and in the breakfast area) was surprisingly sub-par (coffee is a big part of starting our day off right, so it's something we certainly take note of). The in-room Keurig produced Keurig-quality flavor (typically, quality/flavor seems to be sacrificed for speed and ease of use), but it was sub-par (even by Keurig standards) in that it was lukewarm. The breakfast area provided Folgers coffee -- Folgers is OK (it's certainly "better than nothing"), but it is not what we expected at this "better than OK" facility. Perhaps the goal is to get folks to utilize a local coffee shop -- if so, mission accomplished. But the coffee experience certainly did not diminish to any great degree the overall experience -- we'll just plan accordingly next time.
