  : Beach front, clean condo unit.
  : They gave us a wrong code to open the door, it took a while to get a new code for us to get in and it was super windy and chilly outside. Some parts of the building were run down, I haven’t seen any staff on the building.

  : We loved the location. We were able to walk to dinner and for ice cream. Our unit was spacious and comfortable with a lovely view.

  : wasnt much to like about the property
  : lets start by saying. took 2 hours to get in. code didn’t work. called they blamed it on us.. gave us a diffrent code and worked first try. got in. smelled of must, lamps didn’t work in guest room kind room had stained sheets. oven wouldn not pre heat to cook. not to mention without notice the elevators didn’t work. 3 kids and a pregnant wife. imagine the hassle up and down the stairs when staying on the 5th floor. all and all would never go back for the price. a total rip off

  : The ONLY good thing about this property was where the actual condo was located and the balcony
  : Absolutely everything else. There was black mold, roaches, questionable stains all over the sheets, leaking water and an absolute awful smell

  : was not aware checkout needed to be done via emailcouch was dirty and desperate need of replacement bedspread in master was torn and oldelevator was broken for the whole stay

  : RUN DOWN.UNSAFE.DISGUSTING PROPERTY & FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!When I arrived at the property the AC did not kick in till five hours later because I was told that the cleaning lady left the door open while cleaning the room and it would take a while to cool down. When I sat on the couch I did not realize I sat on a wet stain that was black and my husband had to put a towel down so I wouldn’t be sitting on it. The toilet in the guest bathroom made a noise throughout the whole night that was loud after you flush the toilet. The toilet seat in the master bath was old and the paint rubbed off and we were sitting on the wood which was uncomfortable. The patio chairs that looked out on the patio were arrested and we were too nervous to sit in them. My husband and I saw rats near the elevator in the evening! The pool handle in the shallow end was wobbly and unstable and I am two months pregnant and that is very alarming for myself as well as other guests!!
