  : This place has a nice swimming pool that was clean and nice volleyball sand pit.
  : I didn’t like that the place did not look like the pictures at all. All the vents had mold and mildew on/in them. The chairs had stains all on the cushions, and the sink also had mold on it. Of the 3 bedrooms 2 of them had dirty comforters with stains that we had to end up throwing in the washer and cleaning ourselves. The showers as well was not the cleanest either. The place seemed like it had not been touched/ cleaned in months. Also, I did not like how the customer service handled when I told them about all the mold and I even sent them pictures. I was told the property manager was aware, and would reach out to me but nobody every did. After I did a follow up with them as well to see why nobody has contacted me, they said I needed to be patient and they eventually will. Again we checked out and everything and still til this day nobody reached out to me.

  : Soap dish in master shower tile was missing. Master door knob loose and about to fall off. Some of the laminate flooring was damaged causing a trip hazard.

  : Microwave door handle is broken. Both sliding doors handles are broken. Railing at the top of the outdoor steps need to be refastened.

  : Loved the location in accordance to the beach! Plenty of room for our group. Fully stocked kitchen rocked. I would come back again. ❤
  : The a/c didn't work well but they sent someone really quickly to handle it. There were mice, they ate through our bread

  : The location was great! Easy access to the beach.
  : The condo showed a little bit of wear for lack of a better word. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms were very dirty. The louvered door to the HVAC closet was covered in dust or rusty. I did'nt actually touch it to find out which it was.The front door needed cleaning or a fresh coat of paint. Also we had a mouse problem. There was evidence of it several mornings when we first made our way to the kitchen.

  : Great location, Great value.
  : The dryer isn’t working and neither the coffee pot. These can be fixed, but def needed these during my stay. Check in is pretty late in the day. No early check in availability during our stay.

  : Just a short walk to the beach. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Nice decor also.
  : The first floor bed frame was broken and the lowest window was also broken out. Having a crawling baby we had concerns with the window. We did contact them and the window was storm damage but the bed they came and fixed on the last night. Also the pool was closed after the first day
