  : location was great, perfect size for our family, beautiful view, had everything we needed. we were able to see dolphins, pilot whales, a sea turtle nest, sting rays, and had a shark swim close by one day. most wildlife Ive seen when visiting gulf shores.
  : needs some updates/repairs. the living room glass door is difficult to slide, only one outside light on the back works (lights also flickered, so wonder if wiring needs to be grounded or updated) and none on the front; fridge went out on us; toilet near kitchen kept running even after repair man came, and HUNDREDS of people kept walking through the property to get to the beach every day even with signs posted saying it was private property. we worried a little about our vehicle, with all the people walking through. none of this would keep us from coming back to nova grande. Im mentioning it, so you are aware and can fix if possible. we loved the house and property,
