  : The location was good for a trip to Yosemite. There were plenty of beds. The kitchen was in good condition and there was a small outdoor grill. The local supermarket was 10 minutes away.
  : Communication with the managing company (Vacasa) through Booking.com was a little slow. There was limited cell phone service in the area. This was a problem because when we arrived, there was a blackout due to the fires - no flashlight, no wifi/cell signal, no oven/stove (electric).We had a mini-health scare and learned that the nearest hospital was 1 hr away but there is a local doctor's office nearby.You need to check into security to get a parking pass before going to the house.

  : Location was great and property met our expectations. It was perfectly sized for the four of us, and the kitchen was adequate for cooking meals ourselves. The location in groveland was great - easy access to a grocery store and not too far from Yosemite.
  : The place wasn't in the best of shape. one of the futons was broken, as was one of the dining room chairs. Overall no major issues, but seems like it wasn't always maintained well.

  : Great spacious but cozy place with very comfortable beds. Fantastic stay overall!
  : Well, the house took good 4-5 hours to heat up in the winter once we entered first - but it was very warm thereafter for days.
