  : I’ve stayed here several times and the staff couldn’t be any friendlier! The manager is awesome, her staff is awesome! It’s in close proximity to ECU.
  : This particular room was pretty bad. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was the worst. When we went to take showers, the faucet was loose so my husband tried to stabilize it. The hot and cold were backwards. The shower was so strong it would sting your bare skin. And the shower curtain would not stay closed. I had to hold it shut while I tried to wash up. It didn’t cover the width of the bathtub and water poured out onto the floor. There was patch on the painted walls by the toilet that hadn’t yet been sanded and painted so maybe it is being worked on? If that’s the case, it shouldn’t have been rented out. But we were just there to rest our heads so I didn’t complain and ask to be moved.

  : When I got there the staff members got into a heated argument with each other with me just standing there. I went to my room to drop off bags and when I came back down I was asked to write a statement. I went to work and when I finally got back to my room I went to shower there was hair in the tub, the water ran from under the tub when I turned it on. Cracks in the sealing, within the tub, and around the nosal area. There was hair in my bed within the sheets, the pillows were dirty. I even tried flipping over the mattress and there was hair there as well. I requested more sheets. Got no sleep that night. I requested a new room but was told they were full. I did get a new room the next day however. My original room was 315. The next room was better.
