: They did have a nice breakfast
: This was the nastiest hotel we've ever stayed at. There was something shoved in the sinkhole went to wash our hands and brown stuff started floating out. The girl that work nights came up and got some of it out. The guy at the front desk said they would come up and get the rest of it out. Later in the day he tried to tell me it was popcorn it obviously was not. We felt bad for this girl because it was something disgusting and she was trying not to gag. She was very helpful and very polite. She's the only good thing about this hotel besides the breakfast. The pool was supposed to be heated it was not it was ice cold. We told the front desk the guy said it's heated we told him it wasn't and told him to come fill it he wouldn't even come in there and fill it. He said there was other people that swim that day I said yes four teenage boys and I'd already talked to them and they said it was cold. The bed sheets had blood on them the guy at the desk try to tell me it was already been laundry you could tell it had not been because it was red bright red also it was on the pillow. Then the air conditioner had mold in it and did not work right. I will give you half your money back and you can go to another hotel. I told him we couldn't do that because it takes 3 to 5 days to get the credit back on our card to be able to go to another hotel so we were stuck we didn't have the option to go anywhere else. We had not even been there 24 hours and he wanted to keep half our money that was absolutely ridiculous. We would have had a better time just going to our local hotel with a swimming pool. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. All the guy ever said was I'm sorry. He did move us to another room and it was cleaner. The hot tub/spa was nice and warm but when you get in it's broken on the steps I scraped my foot on it. There was another spot that was broken also in there I don't see how that can be safe for anyone.

: I didnt get a chance to grab breakfast but everything else is great! Even being outside in the parking lot its very nice and quiet. My toddler was out running around with no issue :)
