  : This was underneath a house where a family lived. There was no noise abatement between floors so we could hear the children running back and forth and even hear coughing and talking. The location was not within walking distance to anything. It was clean and everything you would need but just not a place we would stay in again.

  : Street parking and the steps to go up to the unit were rocks and uneven pavers which were dangerous after dark. Unit was not well marked and difficult to find. Child upstairs ran back & forth across the floor from the time he got up to the time he went to bed.

  : Noisy (upstairs), furniture was uncomfortable, water ran cold in the shower when water was turned on upstairs.

  : The room was advertised as a house. It is not. It is a separate room with separate entry underneath a house. The people upstairs were very noisy, I could hear a tottler running around and things being dropped onto the floor. I called Vaca Customer Service to ask the people in the house to be more quiet. Then things got better. I also forget belongings and was told there is a $25 charge to retrieve them. The items are not worth $25 but I still would like them back. ...after a few days from the above review, you'd think the owners would have contacted me to give me my things back given I live in the area. Nope. : (

  : the overall place was ok, when I entered the house it smelled musty, the inner shower curtain was nasty an moldy needed to be replaced. everything else was pretty clean. however the photos were much better then the actual property. the noise from upstairs was very loud a child started running through the upstairs house about 5-6:00am. it was very loud. personally I would never rent this location again. no place to park except down on the street when someone else wasnt parked there otherwise my vehicle was on the side of the street. The dwelling drastically needs to be updated and the area rug was curling up and I tripped on it constantly. For the price I paid I expected it to be more updated and at least a clean shower curtain. The amenities were good they had a washer & dryer which I appreciated.

  : Clean and pretty. I wasnt in the property that much except to sleep.
  : Lots of noise from upstairs when the child was running around. Not at night. Need a lighter blanket for the bed in the summer.

  : very loud refrigerator .TV that did not function until I purchased batteries for the remote and reprogrammed the remote. Did not have a functioning TV until the 5th day of our stay
