  : Our room lights were out. Went and told staff and the gentleman said they had no light to replace them out.

  : I liked the location.
  : There was a bad smell lingering in the hallway. Seemed as if it was seeped into the carpet. We did not have any hot water as I was trying to shower after checking in late around 2am after long day on the road. No shampoo either.

  : It was close to where we needed to be. The staff was wonderful.
  : No hot water. I had to call and call and call requesting hot water. I got very sick with a migraine on day 2 and desperately needed a hot shower and I was told they were “starting the boiler” and I called and messages over and over. No hot water ever came. I literally had to boil water over a 30 minute period just so I could wash myself off. I also discovered over 10 individual prescription pills under the bed. I was able to collect some and showed the front desk worker but there were others I could not reach . I googled them : high blood pressure as well as Teamadol. I’m thankful my grandbaby didn’t come with us- he would have found them and been rushed to the hospital for sure. There was uncooked rice here and there on the floor as well. And I let the front desk know that the comforter smelled strongly of body odor. My daughter actually went to Target and bought us blankets.
