The Latourette House

Good

: I like the location of the property. It made it easy to go to the beach since it was just down the road. I also liked the swing & the fire pit that was outside
: When I first arrived at the property I noticed there was a certain smell inside the house (might be because its an older house) It was also a little outdated & it gave me a creepy feel with all the older pictures hanging all over the house. Also, the room upstairs with the writing all over the walls didnt have any glass for the windows. It was just a screen which could be dangerous if you have younger kids.. The kitchen trash also wasnt taken out prior to us arriving. There was mold in the trash bag!

Very Good
