  : The views were great. The location in the mountains was what we expected.
  : There were many problems with the unit, stove not working, pliers to turn water off and on. Very run down and poorly maintained.

  : you had a wrench to turn the water on and off for the tub, The knob on the closet door you could nt open we had coffee maker but not coffee couldnt change channells on the tv or make the sound go up, didnt have towels or wash cloths until the last day we were there/ there was 6 of us and we got 3 towels and 3 wash cloths We didnt have a very good time with the place we will never be back

  : Pools were way over chlorinated burned kids eyes very bad. The indoor pool area was over chlorinated as well, it was even worse than the outdoor. It would burn your eyes just sitting in the indoor area. The water in the master shower had to be turned on using pliers. They had been there for a while because there was a rust spot on where they were laying. The stove knobs don’t have any writing on them so you have to guess at what temperature you are cooking things on. There was a broom but no dust pan to Jew the floor swept up after meals. The refrigerator kept collecting water on the bottomSo every time you would get something out water would run into the floor in front of the refrigerator. The remotes to the tv didn’t work well we had to replace the batteries in them.

  : was very dirty and the pictures for advertising look like they were taken on the property was new everything is outdated the hot tub in indoor Pool no longer work in the little old lady who work at the front desk was very rude and said she couldn’t help us with anything because she wasn’t our rental company contact them not her
