  : The kitchen compactor wasn’t working properly but I forgot to add that to our list of cleanliness issues.Beds in need of new mattresses. Some of the outside lighting was out.

  : Wonderful view into the valley. Cabin was clean and had nice facilities like a screened in porch, hot tub, gas grill, good internet service, and all the other expected features.

  : The house is spacious and comfortable. We saw a bear at the house on two days even though it's only a couple of minutes from Gatlinburg. Screened-in porch and no traffic allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without being pestered by bugs (but the acoustics meant that we could hear the neighbor's conversations even though we couldn't see them).
  : Many little annoyances that you don't expect when you're paying $500+ per night. There was one bar of soap to share between three bathrooms. There was no shampoo or similar - you are supposed to supply your own. There is a washing machine but no detergent - you are supposed to supply your own. There was a dishwasher but only two detergent sachets even though we were there for four nights. There were no sponges or brushes or anything to clean pots and pans or surfaces. There is a grill - but no mitts or apron to protect your hands from heat or splashes. There are dozens of steak knives but no wine glasses. There is a hot tub - but you are supposed to bring your own towels. We were surprised they didn't ration the toilet paper as well. The place would have been a 10/10 if they spent $5 on little things.

  : Lots of bugs, and the stairs aren’t the same width so me and all my kids fell down them. Could be very dangerous for an elderly person
