: Everything! First of all these are not the San Luis Condos. This place can't come close to San Luis Condos. This place uses the San Luis Resort to lure it's customers to rent from them. It is very dated. It looks as though it has never been upgraded as of the 1980's. The room was not clean or sanitized. There was bird poop all over the bacony. Balcony furnitue was cheap old rusted and broken and unusable. Very unsanitary. The bed mattress and pillows were so thin after sleeping one night in the bed, our body indentations were left in the mattress and our neck and backs were hurting afterwards. We found an extra pillow inside the closet laying in a beach chair that had bird poop all over it and I guess they thought it was ok to store the extra pillow there. The sink was stopped up and when you push the plunger down all of this black stuff came out. The shower didn't drain. We had to brush our teeth over the toilet. Couldn't even bathe. The water accumilated as if you were taking a bath. The balcony door handle was so old and rusted it wouldn't lock. The property manager of the San Luis Resort, which has no affiliation with Vacasa condominiums, saw us and ask was our condo ok. We told them what we experienced and they said we were the 5th person that week who rented a Condo on same floor who were disgusted and left in the middle of their stay. We had to find a room at the San Luis Resort Hotel to complete our stay. I have asked for a total refund of the stay. Our vacation was ruined for me and my husband who has stage 4 cancer. Never will I ever stay there again. They need to tear it down or gut out the condos and remodel. It needs to be inspected by the City Health building Inspections. I wish I could have listed all the pictures I have. The place has absolutely deplorable conditions.
