: Outside doors don’t (from the alley and the street side) were always unlocked. Majority of the front office staff & janitorial were rude.

: I like the private balcony with great view of the city on the right and the beach on the left. I like the pool and the Spot restaurant next door. I love g town and I'm a B.O.I. that means born on the Island. Lol it's a cool hotel and perfect location. It's connected to the Spot restaurant. Great restaurant by the way. Across the street from the beach and around the corner from Queens BBQ. Great BBQ joint by the way. I get a cliff hanger sandwich from there on Thursday special. And it's the down street from an old gas station/ convenient store (rough looking, but it's ok though).
: I didn't like it that housekeeping wouldn't clean and re organize our room when we would leave for a while. I took the do not disturb sign off and put it on the inside. And still no cleaning. So I just had to call for more towels, make my own bed partially lol, and give them my trash and get more trash bags from housekeeping when I'd see them cleaning another room. It was ok though. We just had to clean up after ourselves a little extra for staying at a hotel. I called front desk and requested more towels please. Never got the towels, so I called back an hour later, spoke to a different person this time and finally got the towels. I was like ok, thanks lol. When we first got there, the girl at the front desk took a long time to find my reservation (already paid for by the way), then she said that she's in training, it's her first day. I was like man omg. But after she got it, she let me pick 3rd, 4th or 5th floor. I was like that's cool I get to pick a floor. Lol. Front desk was always kind of slow and overwhelmed also throughout our stay. I was like man that's so un organized lol.

: The rooms were spacious and had a nice balcony. The bed and shower were great. The location and view were wonderful. Breakfast was good. Nice place!
: The AC unit was very loud in our room but it worked fine. The parking garage was off premisis so less convenient than most but workable.
