  : I liked the location and the staff especially the housekeeper.
  : I reserved a King bed room. They were overbooked, so I ended up with 2 queen beds. The floor was leaking water. The dehumidifier was full, so there was a puddle in the corner. Then, there was the master of the bed having these little black things. I would clean the bed, and they would somehow be in the bed again. Don't know what they were or where it came from.

  : Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Not much variety and no fresh fruit. A part of the door in my room (on the inside) was broken off. Lead me to believe I might not be safe! This motel needs to be updated badly.

  : I did not stay at the location after arriving to check-in. I did not see the room. The safety hazard and cleanliness of the Lobby was an immediate red flag. Definitely not suitable for children.
  : Reeked of mildew & cigarettes as soon as I walked into the Lobby. There were prostitutes and drug dealers in the parking lot. Doing business right outside the front counter. After kindly explaining to the Front desk that I did not think it was suitable for myself and three minor children to stay ( We needed a place overnight, after visiting my husband in the hospital who was recently paralyzed due to an accident)... He guaranteed me that there were no issues and he could cancel the reservation for a full refund. I was still charged.

  : I didn’t read the reviews of this hotel until after I had already booked the room and I’m glad I hadn’t because they would have deterred me from staying.The good: cheap place to lay your head, close to plenty of establishments, comfortable bed with clean bedding, TV worked, AC was on point, pool was open and it was not extremely noisy.The bad: I’m not sure the floors have ever been swept in the room, especially the bathroom, and the room surely hasn’t been dusted in quite some time. The bathroom - please address the dirty bathroom. The shower and toilet were at least clean, but there was still toothpaste on the countertop from a previous guest that was covered up with a hand towel, behind the door looked like a sandpit and mold all over the ceiling. Whoever is in charge of housekeeping needs to be replaced as, per the reviews, this has been an ongoing issue. The “breakfast” was extremely unappealing and should not be listed as “breakfast included” at booking but rather “pre-packaged pastries available in the morning”. If you have any dietary restrictions, good luck with your options. You’re hit with a heavy marijuana stench as soon as you open the door to the lobby. That doesn’t bother me but it’s not great to walk into either. Lastly, the $100 or $150 deposit fee (still not sure which one it is, email says $150, paper at front desk says $100) is not mentioned until AFTER you book and should be something that is addressed at time of booking.The staff were not overly friendly but also were not rude by any means. Despite the lengthy “bad” part of this review, for $77, I’d stay here again, pending I get my deposit back.
