  : Location and price were the positives, along with the front desk staff, who were kind and efficient.
  : Sadly, the property was pretty run down. Overgrown weeds everywhere, which isn't hard to have happen in Kansas if you skip a week or two of yard work. The guttering around the 2nd floor walkways was clogged and leaking, dripping down on us as we walked to our 1st floor room. The underside of the walkways were disintegrating because of the leaks, leaving a bad impression. The room seemed clean, however, even with all the lights on in the room, it was so dark you couldn't see much of anything. The furniture was really beat up, with chunks of wood missing, the very comfy chair in the room listed to one side because of a leg that seemed twisted off of center. The toilet had to be flushed multiple times to clear even a tiny bit of toilet paper. I think with some TLC it could be a nicer place, but I don't think we'll stay there again unless that happens

  : One of the rooms that family stayed in was nice. staff at night was super nice and helpful
  : The walk way smelled like urine, the rooms were hot when walked in, the pool was green and needed cleaned, no water in the hot tub, one of the rooms wasn't clean and had to be re-cleaned, sheets had holes in them. Staff during the day when we got there couldn't understand him

  : The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was excellent.
  : When we arrived the A/C in the room wasn't on, took several hours to cool off ( outside temp was 98°), we asked for our group to be next to one another and one couple was on the other side.

  : Place was dirty, room was old and out of date, lock on door didnt work properly.
  : It was the pits, dirty upkeep was poor. Strange people hanging around in parking lot, Felt unsafe

  : The hotel is a good deal for the rate. The lady who checked me in was friendly and helpful.
  : I had someone try to get into my room multiple times. Apparently they tried to put someone else in my room. Luckily I had the chain on but the hotel employee still tried to get in. They then called me and threatened to call the police. I explained that I was checked in properly and already paid in full. This was all just before midnight. To say I was LIVID is an understatement.
