  : The room was spotless, air conditioning worked well, bed comfortable, and the breakfast was fine, a typical motel breakfast.
  : The check in procedure was appalling. Their policy is to demand an ID and to refuse to accept an ID on the phone or a physical ID that does not exactly match that on the reservation. There is nowhere in or near the lobby to sit to search a remedy online. Had this 78-year-old not sat outside in 107° to change the name on the reservation, they would not have given us our nonrefundable room. Shower was very tricky to turn on. They are short staffed, so it was difficult to get assistance. In general, I found them pleasant but inflexible. I blame the policy, not the staff. Left a bad impression of the stay.
