  : The bed was like sleeping on two box springs. The furnishings were not very clean noticeable grime on the furniture. Said the blankets were freshly washed but the stench on them told a different story. The items that were supposed to be in the room were not all there or didn’t work. Asked for additional towels to be delivered and never received them. They charge a non refundable damage deposit and things were broken in the room that didn’t get fixed. There were charges that were doubled and I got no response as to what they were or refunded for the double payment.
