  : It was overpriced for the facility. The lobby was missing ceiling tiles, the hallway smelled of urine, and the room had a heavy smoke smell. When we checked in, the cost was $50 more than the online booking cost with no explanation. When we let the front desk individual know about the room smell, she did not offer a room change. The room had little to no lighting, and the door was missing the security lock. No coffee cups were provided in the room or in the lobby. The ice maker and hot tub were out of order. Overall, we were disappointed in the facility, cost, and service and highly recommend staying at another property. Sorry to say, I am happy with Motel 6 over this chain of hotels.

  : The bed eas clean and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure.
  : The ceiling in our room had leaked previously, and as a result, there was a strong stagnant water smell in the room. There were 2 remotes in the room for the tv, but neither of them controlled the tv, so we ended up having to try and control it with the buttons on the back.

  : I had a fridge and microwave to prepare breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner or heater worked well.
  : Someone elses clothes left hanging in bathroom. Cleaning staff initially did not provide wash clothes. Staff entered my room while I was gone. Did not do much cleaning except take out one garbage. Staff watched the tv in my room and adjusted my AC setting to freezing temperatures. I k ow this since HBO channeling playing on spanish chanbel. I cannot speak spainsh well enough to understand a entire TV show in it. I only speak English. I also was cold in the room when I first arrived and thusmase sureIt was set ar my preferred level, much warmer than what I arrived to. I had to turn on the heat and open window to get comfortable. Such intrusion into a space I paid for resulted in feelings of being violated and scared. I will not return to this Hotel.
