  : There is nothing positive I can say about our stay at this Hotel.
  : They were unable to find our booking at check in, we were told they had overbooked the Hotel and some bookings had been moved to a Comfort Inn. After claiming I had no booking, they then found a booking in my travelling companions name but the room was at the Comfort. Sent there. Told by reception at Comfort all rooms were full and no rooms available. Sent back to the Radisson. Miraculously they now found a room but not the twin we'd booked but a double with sofa bed. We had no choice but to take it. Sofa was not a bed. No extra bedding initially provided. Totally unacceptable but there were no alternatives. The Hotel is tired, dated, depressing and poor quality at almost every level. Everyone involved including Booking.Com should feel ashamed.

  : Problems started at check in. Unable to find our reservation. Told us the Hotel had overbooked and some bookings had been moved to Comfort Inn. Told we had no booking at either then they found our booking under a different reference and in my travelling companions name. Told there were no rooms at the hotel but room reserved at the Comfort Inn close by. Drove to Comfort. Told last room had been sold and the hotel was full. We had no reservation. Returned to Radisson. They now had a room but it was a double with sofa bed. Not ideal but we were trapped. The sofa was a sofa not a bed. Shameful service but all local Hotels were full due to the Oshkosh event so we had to stay. We were given vouchers for drinks and some food. Food was dreadful. Everything about the hotel is tired. it was extremely disappointing from start to end.
