  : Great customer service. Hotel is dated but pretty clean. Pool needs work.

  : The staff were very polite, location was great for ease of access to restaurants and beach, parking was convenient. The beds in the room were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was great, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. On site restaurant was good but dirty and overpriced.
  : When we first arrived only one elevator in the hotel was working and not well. The ice machine on our floor was broken the entire stay. Our room was not clean- hair on the mirror, holes in cups wrapper, mold in caulk in shower, 2 of 4 lightbulbs out in bathroom, rust on fixtures, sand on floor as soon as we walked in, fridge not working. Due to COVID no maid service so if you needed new towels, linens, trash service you had to do it yourself. The restaurant was not open for breakfast after our second day due to staffing. It was dirty- our table had bird poop on it after it was “cleaned”. The pier is closed and will be for months so construction noise is present. I did let staff know about some of the issues mentioned and was told they would come to the room to repair/clean- they never came. This hotel should not be $350+ a night with these kind of issues ☹️

  : The view we had in our room , the blu restaurant , immediate access to the beach , & shops downstairs .
  : Thicker more comfy blankets , towels & sheets without holes & sand in the blankets , no working plug outlets in our room , the elevators were not working properly , one of them was broken down completely ! We had to climb 9 flights of stairs with serious medical conditions which put a damper on the rest of that particular day ! Our room beds had sand in the blankets when we first got into the room & sat on our beds for the 1st time , our floor was very dirty & slimey that we had to use a towel & wipe the dirt & other junk off our feet .
