  : Terrible customer service.Booked this hotel through booking.com after a flight cancellation at 2am. Got to the hotel at 4am amd was advised by a worker that they are booked. He did not care to look at my reservation, can a sister hotel nothing.I then wanted to make sure that I was mot charged since I could not stay amd he assured me that I would not be charges then shooed my away.I went to the hotel across the street amd they were also booked. I paidn$257 to take an Uber to Long Island airport, since Best Western was overbooked. Two days later, I was charged two seperate charges for hotel stay that never ocurred totaling roughly $500, with this survey asking me " How Was My Stay?"Needless to say, I called the hotel directly and was advised to call back after 12pm. I contacted Booking.com and am patiently waiting for my refund.
