  : Outstanding value for a quality stay in Flagstaff. It was close enough to highways but far enough to appreciate the quiet community in which it is set. The townhome was amply stocked with the basic necessities for a home away from home. Tastefully designed/decorated. We went for a ski trip which was about 25 - 30 mins from Snowbowl and 15 mins from some sledding hills in some nearby parks.
  : The place was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A few things for the host to consider to further improve the stay, in our humble opinion. 1st) More comfortable seating in the living room area. There is one couch that could fit 2 or 3 comfortably, but we felt there is enough space in the room for a love seat or even replace the couch with a sectional. Were aren't huge people but had to bring a kitchen table chair for the 4 of us to watch a movie. 2) The wifi service was a bit laggy for a blu ray quality stream. It would lag then catch up continually while streaming an Amazon prime video. 3) To fully enjoy our winter excursion from the Phoenix area, we were hoping to complete it with a fire in the woodstove. However, the wood was left uncovered outside and with the snow melt, it was saturated and could not be used. Perhaps covering the wood would be an option.

  : It was detached. Washer and dryer. Kitchen stocked well; dishes, spices, aluminum foil. quiet area.
  : The refrigerator didn’t cool off for 24 hours. We thought it was broken. Broken board on walkway. It took 4 days to it fixed. The air conditioning could not keep the house cool if it was 90 degrees or greater outside. The rug in the bathroom was filthy.

  : My son, who is 6'3" tall, said the bed was too short for him. He ended up sleeping on the couch, which was long enough, but not very comfortable.
