  : The best thing about this hotel is the location.
  : The train arrives at 4:13am and I had never been charged for an early check in. They would let me check in early if there was availability. This time they charged me an extra $100 for an early check in. They said I should have booked the hotel for an extra day. After thinking about the early check-in remark I wondered why I would do that. There was an early check in before 7 am and a different price before noon. The room appeared as if had not been completely refreshed. It had a sheet on top of a flimsy duvet. The sheet was tucked in at the end and on the sides of the bed. I inquired about it and apparently that is what they do because of an issue with the duvet, and shortages of duvets is what I was told. I think it was more cost cutting. I tried to find out how they charge customers per night and why. I believe that they charged me extra because of some cancellations. One person tried to tell me there was a duvet on my bed and another confirmed that it was indeed a sheet on my bed. I wanted to know why there was no bedspread. I have pictures. It seemed odd. They also only refresh the rooms every 3 days. I suppose it's cost effective. I expected more for the price. I visit Fargo a couple of times a year and may consider staying someplace else. Decent hotel, Motel 6 like service. I keep saying it's Fargo, not the Mall of America Radisson Blu.
