  : Some of the staff were really nice and it’s in a really convenient location to catch the bus directly into the heart of Everett.
  : They charged my debit card without my permission when I had prepaid for my stay with a credit card. When I tried to bring my problem to the General Manager’s attention, she dusted me off even when I tried to speak to her face to face, as if my problem was irrelevant.

  : My friend and I liked the two twin beds. It had a big area to cook or eat in. It’s not fancy but was very adequate.
  : I think there could have been more cleaning, especially in the common areas. The room was clean.

  : My room 207, the carpet was horribly stained, I did not want to walk on it with bare feet. I booked in very late and the girl (although nice) did not know how to book me in, it took ages, someone came down (perhaps out of bed) to help train her.The breakfast I paid for was non-existent, no coffee or cereal, it was laid out in reception, there was just nothing to eat or drink, both mornings.Even getting out of the car park was a challenge as the gate did not open automatically until I was told how to make it open!

  : Your hotel did not honor my reservation...when I got to the property the front desk told me I was not allowed to stay due to an incident that took place a couple of years ago. My past incident... I was already there for 2 nights with a registered friend. A woman working the front desk barged into my room while I was down stairs paying for that night's stay...she came back down to the desk accusing us" of smoking in the room (both of us are nonsmokers) I was charged with the reservation anyway and was told I had to leave. I tried to contact somebody afterwards to set this straight but it never happened due to the assist manager's decision.I would have not made the reservation on the 9th knowing that I was not allowed on the property and now I'm stuck with another room charge for a room that I didn't occupy ...even worse having a previous charge for a room that I was falsely accused of. Before all this I never had a problem at your hotel In 2021 I was relocating And I need a place to stay...I stayed there for over a month Loved the staff and management and at the request of the great manager at the time I wrote a wonderful review about my 5Star experience and how I would recommend your hotel with my highest regards.I am hoping you will take in consideration a refund to the cancellation due to the nature of the situation,I am a senior on a fixed income And do not need these unnecessary amounts of money taken out of my account.Thank you kindly,Janann Higman
