  : We loved the location. The neighborhood is quaint and was peaceful. It was quiet at night and people in the area were friendly. It's really nice being directly across from the beach and having a yard to sit outside and hear the birds. The home is comfortable, clean, and was fully equipped as advertised from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathroom. There also were beach chairs and board games to use. We were very happy and relaxed there after busy days out and about. It's a place we will revisit for sure!
  : Two small negatives were some minor areas of the kitchen floor were not clean, such as debris under the utensil island and near the water heater. Also, the yard service arrived during our stay which felt intrusive and was a surprise since there was no information of such scheduling, just a trash schedule. The yard service did a nice job mowing but the vegetation is overgrown and the back rose bush is so neglected it has by far escaped the flower bed by several feet tall and wide, which overtook an entire side of the picnic table. The Landscapers precariously worked around it and didn't prune it out of the way for themselves or guests.
