Wonderful

: I enjoyed the area the property is in. It's more remote but you can drive into downtown Estes Park in 5 minutes. There is an abundance of towels, A decently stocked kitchen. There are some games, movies, and books around the house if you get bored. You can sit outside on an upper and lower balcony. The bedrooms are cozy and there are fans available if you're a diehard fan fan :) Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend someone stay here. I would definitely stay again and wish I had more days to truly enjoy the house.
: I wish there was some salt and pepper available, it's usually a staple in other places I've been. I also wish the beds were a little bit softer. I'm a side sleeper and in general firmer mattresses cut off my circulation after a while. My husband thought the beds were comfortable though. I didnt know that walking around the property was a no no until I receive instructions the day of. Generally I enjoy walking around the neighborhood I'm staying but in this case you'd be walking on other people's property. There is a clawfoot tub which was great for soaking in after hiking but the hot water ran out before the tub was filled :( Also there is a washer and dryer but the dryer took forever multiple attempts to dry our stuff. Plan to dry multiple smaller loads instead of one large load. The instructions to get to the ranch gate could have been clearer. Our GPS took us to a back road at first. There is a huge gate that says "MacGregor's Ranch" and the code box is on the left maybe 10 feet away from the gate. There are signs around that says something like "Checkout is at 10, regardless of other information given due to covid". Covid has been around for 2 1/2 years, there has been plenty of time to update old information.
