  : The view. The view. The view! Spectacular sunrises, awesome night skies, and the house itself is warm and relaxing.
  : Access road in terrible shape. Low clearance vehicles have a very difficult time. Kitchen could use some decent frying pans, or at least a large frying pan. Very tough to fry bacon in an 7-inch pan. And at least one sharp knife, or a knife sharpener.. Good for basic amenities (some salt and pepper) but no other seasonings, and given there's no corner grocery nearby, guests should be prepared to bring all the spices, condiments, coffee, etc. they need to cook with. No shampoo. Cushions on outdoor furniture could use upgrading. Not very comfy for any extended period. Bedroom could use a dresser or at least luggage racks.
