  : Love the pool, the whole area is nice, the help is very nice & accommodating
  : Over priced & behind bed was dirty, room not very sound proof could here people upstairs from us all night walking & running around

  : Staff was polite and kind. Location was convenient with a lot of food choices with in 5 miles.
  : The room was dirty, especially in the corners and walls, obviously from quick rather than deep cleaning. Sheets had stains. Refrigerator had to be defrosted to use after it leaked water overnight and flooded floor.Air conditioner broke 2nd night and took 16 hrs to fix. Had to get new key cards every time we returned to room as they would not work. The "breakfast" was bread with a toaster, pancake maker and condiments- we did not partake- should be removed from the website, that is NOT breakfast! Folks drinking alcohol, cussing and fighting at the pool in front of kids. Was not worth the money I saved by going there. Hair and used product in sink and shower. Just very disappointed. Wifi was almost non existent, 2 kids couldn't be on devices at same time. I had to go to Starbucks to send work emails.

  : The staff was trying to help rectify the situation and did not try to argue. They agreed to a full refund.
  : There were pieces of the floor missing, a strong odor and found a cockroach in the A/C unit. We were given a new room but the floor was dirty with a stronger odor so we decided to not stay the night.

  : The location; bed and space of the room.
  : Terrible smoke odor even in the non-smoking room. Why planning to alternate non-smoking rooms with smoking rooms right next to each? Usually, these are designated areas. The smoke (from different smoking sources) is impregnated in the room and not even the industrial spray provided by staff helped with the smell. The room needs change air conditioning filters at minimum and be relocated to a non-smoking only corridor.
