: Air conditioning could not keep up with day temp of 85interior temp was between 78&79 at three pm. The two dumpsters were completely full. Clothes drier vent was filled with Kleenex style materials.

: Great location, neat & tidy, affordable. Walking/biking path along the river a short walk away.
: Air conditioning wouldnt come on the last night but cooled down nicely with the windows open.

: Breakfast N/A. Nice remodeling of the house. Washer & dryer nice to have. Shower very nice. Thanks to Vacasa for quickly resolving the front door key issue and getting us in quickly.
: That step into the second bedroom should be changed somehow, a real toe buster. maybe slope it down or put new floor finish in to match the rest of the house.

: the location was good. close to what we wanted to do
: the air conditioner didnt work and the tub didnt drain. they did respond to my maintenance request quickly though. also there are no locks on the front windows

: The directions to the door should be clearer. Pull door tight. enter code. press button. But one still needed a key to the deadbolt and instructions were not given even when I phoned.
