  : The location.
  : The day we arrived for check in the house had not been cleaned. There was a pile of dirty laundry that the previous renters had left. At first we thought that was the only issue. We contacted management who asked us to pick up the laundry and place it in the closet with all the clean bath towels. We ended up doing what was asked but noticed the bathroom was not clean and the sink and mirror still had toothpaste splatter. The floors needed sweeping and basically a good cleaning and disinfecting.In edition to the house being dirty, there wasn't any spare bedding to replace the dirty items. Each of us slept on a bed without sheets. My children luckily had a comforter, but it was not clean either. My husband and I used bath towels to cover up with that first night. I did try to contact management again, but it at this point it was late and we did not get a response till the next morning.The following day someone did come and clean, but again did not leave clean sheets or blankets. My kids bed had only a flat sheet and the dirty blue comforter. The bed spread that had been in the pile of dirty laundry was placed back on the master bed. I'm not convinced it was washed as it did not smell fresh at all. The sheet that was applied to the master bed was not the appropriate size and it kept popping off. It was a full size sheet on a queen bed. Thankfully that bed had a top and bottom sheet so we just moved the bed spread to the end of the bed and away from our body.A good portion of the plugs in the house did not work. The deck chairs are falling to pieces and in very poor condition. When you sit on them the whole chair wobbles. They are rockers,The but the wobble is one of a chair that is about to collapse.After spending the week we sent a text to management the night before departure asking if it was possible to get a late check out. We did not recieve a response after reaching out 3 separate times. Prior to that management responded well our texts.
