  : The price was ok.
  : Phone didn't work. Not granted King bed that was reserved. Staff speak little English and struggle to communicate. Outside door didn't close unless forced. Do not have Do Not Disturb sign in room.

  : There was lots of hot water and the air-conditioner works well. It was quiet once you were in your room. The bed was pretty comfortable.
  : The room was not clean: there were stains/dirt/drips on the walls in both rooms and there was a hair on one of the pillows and a stain on a sheet (I slept in the other bed it was fine). The shower curtain was broken. There was no bath mat. They do not have any glasses (disposable or glass), in the room. It was 3 stories up and there is no elevator, so it was a bit of an adventure to get my stuff up to the room.

  : the desk clerk was unkempt. He didnt speak good English. The lobby should have been our first cluelots of boxes & not professional looking at all. the first assigns rooms reeked of smoke & we refused those rooms. he reassigned us to 2 rooms on the third floor. no elevator. filthy rooms
