  : This experience was the absolute worst! When we arrived the housekeepers were still here but they did not clean well at all. There was glass on the floor outside of the house and in the guest house that my aunt stepped on. The master bedroom has a leak coming from the bathroom into the bedroom so the floor was wet.. Upstairs bathroom had no hot water. Also downstairs kitchen no hot water. The guest house smelled horrible and the ac unit does not work. Outlets in master bathroom does not work. We also had roaches. This was the worst experience. Definitely not worth the money. Highly disappointed. The scenery was also bad. You can't see the beach from the property. Only big buildings when you sit on the balcony. No ocean view.
