: The location of our apt. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.
: I booked thru booking.com. The total was $1577.00 , Holiday Surf and Raquet charged my account over $200.00 more. If I had not seen the charge , I would not have known they charged me more. I discussed this with staff and they told me to send the booking.com statement and they would refund the overage. But that is not what happened. They emailed me and said that it was taxes that was not charged thru booking.com and would not refund. All of the hotels amenities were not included to us. Other guest has free beach services including the umbrella and chairs. I had to pay $43.00 for one day. I did have an emergency with my grand daughter and almost had to cancel.. I called the hotel several times and tried to change the dates. They would not allow me to change dates and said I would lose the whole total. We we're able to make it after my grand daughter was out of danger. The apt. was very outdated. We did like our apt location and access to the beach and restaurants. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I will not be staying again.
