: Location to the beach at reasonable cost.
: All good. Exactly as expected, basic housing among the ultra posh. Massive consistent noise of landscaping maintenance crews blowing dust all around everyday on top of air conditioners wailing away on every building and no one seems to care.

: It was quiet, great location
: The contact person for the property never returned calls or emails. We had a problem at the property and no one would call back. The owners of the property were not available or helpful. They were actually rude and verbally abusive to booking company. Bugs in bathroom that we could not get rid of There was only 4 towels and 2 wash cloths for the stay. There was no oven. Bed and sofa were very uncomfortable

: Comfortable bed with nice linens. Provides beach chairs, umbrella. Great location near beach and Delray's main strip.
: The internet is not reliable, we had to use our hotspot for most of our stay. There are little gnats/midges that appear when food is left out, make sure to store all food in the fridge. The owner was responsive to our issues, but the on-site property manager did not follow-through.
